Here’s what’s coming up THIS WEEK AT SOUTHSIDE:
This week we will again have just one Sunday service at 10:00am. The service will take place here on campus and will also be broadcast live on our Facebook page. Here’s the worship guide for our service: https://buff.ly/2QNQlgZ. We will provide childcare during the service for children newborn thru Pre-K (4). Children will have their temperatures checked before entering the nursery wing. Also, our S2 Youth Group (6th-12th gd) will be meeting this Sunday night at 6:30pm.
I feel really great about how our sermon series through Rom. 6-8 has been going. It’s called “VICTORY!” and it’s all about how God has enabled every believer to experience victory over sin and temptation through the power of the Holy Spirit. Make sure to join me Sunday morning at 10am. I’m excited to present the next installment, “Just Say No” (Rom. 8:1-17).

- Sunday evening (9/6) — S2 Youth Group (6th-12th gd) from 6:30-8:00pm
- Monday (9/7) — Labor Day
- Wednesday (9/9) — AWANA from 5:45-7:30
- Sunday (9/13) at 9:45am— Sunday School starts back up
- Sunday (9/13) during second half of 11am service—Children’s Church for K-3rd reopens
