Here’s what’s going on THIS WEEK AT SOUTHSIDE (4/17/22).
- It's Easter!!! This Sunday is what it's all about for us as believers. Jesus is alive! Yes, it's true everyday, but we celebrate it in a way like no other each year around this time. Come join us Sunday morning for what will truly be a special time of worship. We've got Sunday School classes for everyone at 9:15am and then an amazing Resurrection Sunday worship service at 10:30am. We'll have baptism, the Lord's Supper, all sorts of special music from soloists and our Celebration Choir. Bro. Deek will be preaching about "The First and Last People Jesus Saw" (Luke 23:32-43; John 20:1-18).
- Also, we'll be collecting a special offering during the service to help pay for a very signficant roof repair that's currently being done on our Family Life Center. For all our church family, we invite you to prayerfully consider how God would lead you to give. For any guests in attendance, please know that we would never put any expectation on you to give to such an offering. We'll just be thrilled you joined us in worship!
